Named after the Indian-English word “tiffin,” a light meal shared among family and friends, Tiffin’s was founded with a simple vision: to bring genuine Indian and Himalayan cuisine to Colorado while creating a welcoming space where everyone feels at home.

Every dish is thoughtfully prepared using traditional recipes, aromatic spices, and quality ingredients. From soft, fluffy idli served with house-made chutneys to crispy medu vada paired with savory sambar, and our crowd-favourite samosa chaat layered with chickpeas, yogurt, chutneys, and spices, each bite reflects the flavours and traditions that inspire our kitchen. Not only this, after Tiffin’s Momo corner was introduced to Boulder County, we were thrilled to be giving the community a taste of Nepali Street food and handmade Momo.
